“The storage space is just as advertised. As long as my belongings are safe and secure My rating is sufficient. The one thing by which I feel (not that one person's experience matters in a company this large) should accommodate a customer with a way to move items in and out when office is closed. I'm speaking mainly about Sundays, which is probably the most useful day when it comes to moving... I mean you could develope a corral with a key pass entry. If your equipment is NOT returned by said customer than charge that person the cost of a new flat dolly.
(I guess that's what they are called)
There is a sign up referencing "due to the fact customers don't return them a customer must wait until the office opens", certainly limits the usage time of the storage unit all together and due to the fact that there is nothing available to move heavy items to and from a storage unit that is very far away from the exit door, makes for bad business and unsatisfied customers. Although my number one complaint, I gave a 4 star. The attendant on duty is always kind and accommodating. It's the companies decision to have all customers suffer at the hands of those who do not comply. Your company should come up with a better solution. Ty”
“I rented here for quite a while, about 5 years. Most of the staff were great. The units were fairly clean, I had to sweep mine out before storing things. My only problem was the unit size I needed was not available and I ended up renting something far too large, but they kept the rent as low as possible. I was supposedly put on a list for the correct size, but after 5 years, I just couldn't afford the extra cost for wide open empty space. I needed the smallest unit they had, ended up with one of the largest. After waiting all that time I just couldn't keep paying all that money. Now I'm using my bedroom for the storage and sleeping on the living room couch. Just be sure you get what you need, not a waiting list.”

He was super helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure I felt safe as a first-time U-Haul car hauling truck driver. Luis J genuinely cared about my safety, and it showed. His customer service was top-notch, making the pick-up process a breeze.
The service I received from Luis J at the New Bedford UHauls location was 100 times better than what I experienced when dropping off the truck at the Monticello location in Norfolk, VA. Highly recommend working with Luis J if you need a U-Haul in the Fairhaven, MA area!”

“Well,i read all the 1 star reviews. All i can say is, if you paid your rent or just moved out when you were asked, you would still have all your stuff. It's not like you didn't see it coming, the courts are on the rentes side, it took months to get you out. I hope they destroyed all your stuff.”
