“Unfortunately I was in an emergency situation where I needed information for certain certifications and prices on items for my pet and when I called I was met with a very ignorant response by the receptionist who refused to even help me when it came down to explaining what I needed The doctors are lovely but the reception is an older woman who refused me any kind of assistance when it came to explanation”
“The whole staff are awesome! Had to bring my cat Max there. Thought he was coming home. He did last week in a urn. Dr McKenna was great. I swear the whole place hurt me cry. Didn't have to pay the bill that day. U could wait a couple days. When he came back. The presentation was beautiful. Want expecting the beautiful paw print. I thank Dr McKenna and the whole staff. Never put down an animal before. They made it feel I could do it. Thank you all”
