So when I needed service for my car I had scheduled car repairs service with them. I have an amazing experience with all of the Staff there. However Lee Camara who is the front office manager was the 1:1 contact person for me. Lee has been an outstanding customer service skilled staff who know how to communicate with customers going through the stressful times during a car collision. He was there all the way with me to provide a clear vision and support for everything possible on earth to soothe the pain and stress I was going through! He provided not only the best communication skills and support but because of his amazing empathy and emotional connection with the customers he also provided me with the excellent education on the service and repair work that needed to have the car back to its baseline. He was skilled not only with empathy but also definitely with great professional experience and amazingly gifted customer service skills! He arranged enterprise rentals having me a same model of a almost brand new rental car to make me comfortable and familiar with my transitional time driving experience. He took care of everything from paperwork for arrangements for additional appraisal from the insurance company, arranging rental car delivery and keeping me up with regular updates on the progress of the repairs process . Finally he arranged to deliver my car when repairs were completed making sure it was the right time and right place for me to arrange to deliver my car . My car looks even better than before with the amazing service of Carl Collision Center. I strongly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an empathetic and person centered car repair service experience after going through a traumatic experience with the car accident or damage . Even though there was rust on the bar that goes over the battery to hold the battery in place, she never gave up. She has the most patience ever. The bar came loose and the new battery went in. He helped me and another female customer carry purchases out as well as install them free of charge.The prices are outrageous (though I blame corporate headquarters for price gouging for a measly profit). Overall it was a decent experience and I would recommend this location in a bind.”

“I needed a battery for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was on line looking to see what batteries are available. I like to know what I want before I go in to the store. There was a $50.00 discount for ordering on line and having it delivered to my house but no discount for picking it up at the store. No brainer. The battery was delivered by UPS last night and when I went to install it, it was about 2 inches longer that the old one. Won't fit. My fault for not reading the details. I called the store, explained my predicament and the guy I talked with said no problem exchanging for correct one. I went to store with the old one and the new incorrect one. The very nice young woman that waited on me just happened to be the manager. She exchanged and then was going to charge me the in store price not the online price. After a very nice short conversation she honored the even exchange and did not charge me the in store price! She did not have to do that. This is one of the reasons I always go to O'Reilly's first. Thank you. Good prices. Great place and always very pleasant and knowledgeable people working there. Waaaaaay better than the auto parts store down the street.”

Mike told me they knew what had to be done to use the remote without affecting the factory alarm. They put the remote starter in successfully. I have no problem recommending them.”
