As I've been going to Enfield have been a customer of for 28 years, 1st I remember Peter was there and then Nancy whom took over the new facility in Enfield , I've been very happy with the services.
Today I had multiple things that needed to be taken care of including a new card.
Giavanna helped me today to reset my card, and my online services.
And previously (I wish I could remember the teller's name)was helpful in providing me bank statements.

“They have been magnificent in the past. It was possible for me to be overseas, for example, and call them through Skype, and have them pay down a Visa bill from a recent payroll deposit. But they don't do that any more, and the e-banking is nowhere near as effective, and probably not as secure. If I miss a Visa bill, they sock me with a huge fee- and I can't just pay it off over the phone. So I have to drive there for any significant business. I don't go to banks at all, their service went South years ago- I guess they are picking up this habit, in the executive suite. Staff are generally cordial and efficient, though, unlike in banks.”
“I have been with them for a long time and love this banking institution. I had a few glitches at first but they were due to my misunderstanding of how they operate, not their fault. After that , its been nothing but banking bliss :Great loan interest rates, people going out of their way to help me in frustrating situations, always a smile and updates on things that I should know about that will help me. I love this place and anyone who has a bad word to say : I dont doubt that your experience happened. But what I will say is that if in fact it was Freedom's fault.......let us all know your secret on how youve lived your life totally mistake free. “A woman named Celeste helped me yesterday morning and she was just lovely. I had a huge problem in that all my money was gone, stolen thru my debit card by what appears to be an online gambling ring. Celeste was really nice, comforting, helpful, calming and just quite wonderful all around. She helped keep me grounded in what was quite a stressful situation for me.
I will say that the process for fixing the issue, seemed to be quite cumbersome. Now it seems to me that she took all the info out of the computer, printed it onto separate pieces of paper that I had to sign individually. I had 94 transactions. That equated to 188 pieces of paper which then had to scanned back into the computer. It took 2.5 hrs to get thru all of that. 2.5 of me missing work and not making money in the midst of having lost everything. Compounded by the fact that there are no bathrooms for customers in the CU!! I feel as though the whole thing could have been put in an email, printed and signed if they needed a wet signature. I don’t know why they needed my signature 94 times when it seems they could have put 94 transactions on 1-3 pieces of paper and have me sign at the bottom. That would have taken 5-15 minutes. Common sense seems to have been lost in this process.
