A&P Auto Inc is a Complete Automotive repair facility that has been in business since 2009. The shop works on all makes and models and offer struts, tire replacement, brake jobs, oil change, full diagnostics and various parts replaced. Customer report good work and friendly staff. The front desk is very kind and the Service Advisor is pleasant, detailed, professional and honest. Communication is great and prices are fair. The mechanic takes a little time to help find strange sounds and even helps with painting areas they couldn't reach while the suspension is apart. Parts are quality and affordable and missing parts are fixed with no extra charge. Vehicles leave repaired, runs great and the schedule is accommodating. The impression lasts and will come back and recommend the shop for any other help. A quick car wash or vacuum after service would be nice.
I brought my Van to A&P Auto LL to have them check out the whining noise. The shop was able to find that we need to replace Rear Differential Assembly and they keep me in a loop and we need to get 2nd part which is Vicous Coupling. It's cost alot of Money for this repair. Great job at this shop. I was able to have struts done and was helped with a tire replacement all same day. Good communication and great in customer service. Nelly was amazing in the front. I will be going back and recommending for any other help.
