“Synergy is a lovely shop full of helpful and caring people as well as all the best apparel and adventure gear. Their space is clean and organized. They offer all the best quality brands. Staff is friendly and personable and willing to help with any questions and requests promptly. Everyone there is wonderful but I received especially great service from Gary. I’ve been there a few times this week while I prepare for a big trip and each time has been a positive experience. I’ll be doing much more shopping in the future.”

The stock is changed out seasonally and they have great sales. I think the owner strikes the perfect balance of assisting customers without ever feeling like she is pushing a sale on you.”

I try to pop in every couple of months at least since there stock is continuously rotating. I have also consigned here numerous times over the past five years and find the payouts to be relatively worth it given the hassles and fees of eBay and Poshmark.”
“I was Googling Roz's to see what time they were open until when I saw all the recent negative reviews. I just felt like I had to chime in. I have been coming to Roz's since 2005, when I was in high school. I don't go all the time, but stop in every couple months or so. I have always had nothing but pleasant interactions with everyone there, and find the employees to be nice and helpful. They have a really cool selection and great deals. The shop dog, Morgan, is also always a treat to see. In my time coming here over nearly 2 decades now, I have always found everyone to be kind and patient with me as a customer. I do not mean to disparage anyone's experience they've had, but I just wanted to toss my own opinion out there. I really love this place and seeing all of the negativity made me sad, whether it was warranted or not.”

“Stopped in to a last-minute dress for dinner with my in-laws. Came across A few eye catching pieces. First off, let’s talk about the dress. It’s perfect for today’s weather. It’s the end of May in New England A tad bit chilly tomorrow will be record-breaking cold for the time of year. It just rained showered with possibility to continue light rain showers throughout the night. This dress falls about an inch and a half off the floor, making it perfect to wear a no heel shoe and also put leggings underneath without seeing that. I have black leggings on. There’s a nice little stretch in the material. They definitely do not make clothing like this anymore. This dress fits like a glove. It’s amazing. Matched it with this sterling necklace really cute. I love the design on how it’s not a free swinging pendant. Each link is built into each other and last, but not least check out this purse. I am a fan of different shaped purses cool clasps In this one is pretty damn cool. I love how the print on the inside is a lot different from outside. Reminds me of Robert Graham. If he was in the antique era. The store is definitely a gem I never have an issue finding something especially last minute check out what they have and don’t forget to look up down and all around!!!!”
