“I had a great experience here! I found everything I was looking for — and even more varieties than I expected. The store was clean, organized, and well-staffed, so there were no lines at all. Highly recommend!”
“I miss the malls! I went into the Hadley JCP on Saturday, August 22 and I was delighted to have Kellie check me out. She was knowledgeable, kind, personable, and professional! Thank you, Kellie!”

“We were in town for a concert and this LL Bean store was right by our hotel. We were so thrilled to be able to shop in an actual storefront rather than online. We found the items we needed, but we got so much more. Martha, Tina, and Simon helped us find our items, gave us restaurant recs, hiking recs, and wonderful advice about the area. We left feeling like we had new friends. LL Bean, you need to be proud of these employees. They went above and beyond!!”
