She was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service and went above and beyond to make it a good time. She was funny, personable and made check out wayyyy better than I thought it’d be based on the hostility people were displaying in the check out lines.”

“Our switch over to Verizon was horrifyingly painful. Couldn’t get anyone on phone and chat bots were useless. Def think twice before you switch.
That being said, Christopher Roger’s at north Attleboro store was great ! Got all our phones up and running, was super patient with us. Thanks Mr Roger’s!

“The lady working New Year’s Eve all alone did an amazing job. I came in an hour before close with a ton of games and consoles to get store credit and while helping me she had to handle the entire store since her only other helper left unannounced. You could tell she was stressed but she handled it amazingly. Give her a raise ?”

“The Norton CVS is without a doubt the best CVS I have ever been to. There is a young lady (Julie) who works at the prescription drop-off / vaccine sign-in counter. She is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, caring, friendly and she does whatever she can do to expedite whatever you have going on and get you moving on your way. Whenever I visit this particular CVS, I feel like I am being well cared for; like you should in a pharmacy. I have dealt with at the very least three different pharmacists face-to-face and they were all easy to interact with.
