“I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have had my share of frustrations, but yesterday I had the best customer service I have ever had dealing with phones. Our puppy decided to chomp my phone when I was not looking (pup was fine, phone, not so much). She managed to crack the screen leaving most of the screen completely black. I got to the Millis store just before their 10 am opening and was welcomed inside by Junaid (Jay) C. Luckily, I was in line for an upgrade, but Jay made the whole process super easy. He was able to get into the old phone to recover my contacts etc and was able to transfer everything over to the new phone. The entire time he treated me with humor and respect and was never pushy about upselling products etc. He made a very stressful morning much easier, and I am grateful for his knowledge and help! Thank you!”

“I highly recommend the T-Mobile store in Dedham, MA. I had a significantly damaged iPhone after an accident. I experienced exceptional customer service on multiple visits. I dealt with Nicole on 2 occasions (who was amazing!) and Jeremy on 1 visit- who was also wonderful.
I had to spend some time there while my data transferred and I got to observe the whole store. All of the employees were hard working, engaging and most importantly- very kind to all of the customers. Not all stores offer such a positive experience- I do hope T Mobile compensates their energy and efforts!”

Samaya took amazing care of them and addressed each and every one of their concerns, didn't rush them and made sure that all of their questions were thoroughly answered! “I frequent this store although I live closer to the Easton location. This store is always super clean and well-lit, and the aisles are wider, too. But what makes this Target better than most in the area is the amazing staff who always go out of their way to help me whenever I need it. Every employee I have interacted with at this store has been pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The employees have gone out of their way to help me more than once, always with a smile.”
