He was a big assistance when I came in to run some diagnostics and pick up some more equipment. Even though the Geeksquad is overloaded with clients like me attempting to construct their own computers, Jared was kind and patient when he called me to work out some issues with the new PC. “Ok, so I bought a new phone from Best Buy - $699, went to T-Mobile in Roslindale to activate it, the service from the salesperson was beyond superb! She went above and beyond - not only did she save me $400 (by selling the same phone for me at a cheaper price since I am an existing customer), she was on the phone with customer service for almost 1hour to rectify an issue with my account. She was beyond awesome, friendly and wanted the best for her customer. Total I paid for EVERYTHING.....$298!!!. I really appreciate all her assistance and recommend that location.”

Dan, the manager, was experienced and personable. He applied to glass perfectly. It was a little busy when I arrived: there were 3 employees on and they got to me quickly. Many thanks!”
