Had the best experience with Sue. After boost mobile screwed up a simple transaction, I decided to go back to Metro and it was the best decision. Sue was sympathetic and actually cared to help get me what I was looking for. Highly recommend this location too.

On the two occasions that I visited the Mansfield store, service was excellent. Appreciate the commitment to quality service. Sue was great. Wish I knew the name of the woman managing the store the previous week.She, too, was excellent.

I needed a new phone and Adama was AMAZING from start to finish! She was so kind and helpful and friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable!!! The store is beautiful and so is Adama, inside and out! I wish the world had more Adamas! Great hire T-Mobile! She’s a keeper!
