“Not sure why people give this anything lower than 4 stars - if you need a USPS, this one does the job just fine. I'm giving 4 stars only because the employees here often seem miserable and unprofessional. When it's busy they become even more miserable and unprofessional, but I guess that's just part of working for a massive place like USPS...”

“Visited on a Friday afternoon. After paying for 2 money orders for over $1200 the computer glitched and the employee couldn’t figure out how to print them out. It was escalated with 2 managers who also could not help. Through the whole experience, Austin was awesome. While I had to go home without my money or money orders, he assured me he would contact me asap to get it resolved. Thinking I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday, 2 hours later, he called me to come back and pick up the money orders. It was a super stressful situation and he handled it really well. He was the only person working that day and definitely deserves recognition for his actions. Thanks, Austin!”

“I went to Mansfield post office for a 12:30 appointment to get passports for me and my family, something went wrong and they didn't have my appointment in the book, but Donna took us anyways, we have never had passports before so it was a bit of a struggle, we needed pics as well, Donna was very helpful, very patient, very professional! This was a very positive experience for me and my family! Highly recommend this post office , especially if Donna is working!”
“The postman accidentally grabbed our garden tool when delivering our package. I went to the post office even though they were closed for the Saturday afternoon but the post master still came back later in the day to drop it off.”

“I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.”
