“I said yes to my dress here! They have a huge selection and variety of gowns and sizing. I was very pleased with the options! The pricing is also unbeatable. The two concerns - Our assigned stylist was a little aloof. I had to track her down several times for questions, but it didn't deter me from purchasing my favorite dress. It was VERY busy and the dressing room area is small, so I was trying gowns on in between other brides to be. Not a dealbreaker, but I was overwhelmed.”

“The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. “I've been searching around home for a place that sells Puma products and can never find one. I went on vacation from Canada this last week and stumbled upon this Puma Outlet in Wrentham. I was beyond excited to see an actual Puma store. I got discouraged as there wasn't alot of size XXXL and size 13 shoes out but thought I'd ask if they had any of those sizes in the store. The guy working left the floor and came out with a huge box of XXXL shirts that were all on sale for 7$! Then I asked for size 13 shoes and a woman went into the back and came out with the pair I wanted for 27$. Another staff member showed me polo shirts and sweaters all on sale for no more than 20$ each. I met the manager and she was incredibly nice and polite. I absolutely loved my experience at this store and will definetly go back again to buy from Wrentham Puma. I spent 260$ in Canadian money at the store and totalled up if everything was full price in Canada it would have been over 800$. This store is amazing with massive sales available and an awesome crew of workers.”

With Nick's help we tried on many pairs of work shoes; however they didn't fit as well as a pair we had gotten a year and a half ago that was not in the store any more. “There is a great selection of clothes and good deals on quality products. They have many fitting rooms which helps keep the wait to get in during busy hours down. They also always seem to have a staff member outside the fitting rooms. They'll direct you to an open room and you can hand anything that doesn't fit to them when you leave. As someone who is a fan of Under Armour products but doesn't like the high prices I typically see, this outlet is a great place to shop.”

“Great deals, however, inventory and pricing is hit or miss. You need to go regularly for good finds. Example a $49.00 Nike shirt might be $35.00, but that’s not a great deal. Sometimes you can find that same shirt for $15.00, perhaps in another rack. It’s more like a yard sale where you need to rummage through what’s there and hope you find a win.”

“Staff said hello when I walked in. Gave me some space to read signs and figure out the sections. When I move to the trail shoes an associate approach asked if they could help size and confirmed trail shoe. They went to the clearance section while I looked at regular section. They came back to me two types in the clearance, would I like to try anything on "Feel free to ware around store". Picked a pare I think they felt better than the New Balance I tried on earlier.”

“I'm a big fan of everything Reebok, their excellent prices, manufacturing, and how they make many things. Got a nice pair of wide width sneakers which is important that a brand makes wide width because having anything narrow is way too snug and uncomfortable. Prices are reasonable also, many sneakers less than $100 here. The importance of customer service this place has also I believe. Highly recommend”

“Went to WHBM for the first time on Friday night 15 minutes before they closed. Went in to see if they had suits for women. The two female staff there were so friendly and helpful even though they were about to close. They helped me try on a variety of suits and I found a set that I love. I was so impressed by their help I’m writing a Google review! Haha. I haven't experienced this kind of care at a retail store in years. I looked online to check out their styles and I will definitely visit this store again to shop for other outfits!”
