“My wife and I became a T-Mobile customer in Bellingham Massachusetts well back in October 2023 we moved to Ashland and I know that they have franchise so I decided that I wanted to check out the Framingham T-Mobile since I know it’s corporate owned well. My wife and I are extremely happy that we did due to the fact that they have a very nice group of people working there. There is not one person in that store that we do not like whatsoever, they are all fantastic. We have friends that we have brought over to T-Mobile and this store is very helpful us and also to anybody that we bring over the impression that we got from the store is that they really do care so we might have to take a 12 minute ride to go to the store but we don’t care they are extremely friendly and also as far as we are very caring people. They do represent T-Mobile attitude because my wife and I have had AT&T and they are horrible. I know I was with them for over 10 years since come to T-Mobile I’ve had nothing but great experience and my wife loves him and so do I, maybe we will check out the T-Mobile store someday since it’s closer to our home, but this store is fantastic. If I could give them a 10 star I would do it.”

“I have been there 2 times The first time was horrible experience With an angry lady.Today I went Catherine Higgins Was the woman I seen if there was 10 stars I'd give her 10 stars. She was so nice I am quite sure a different company will probably try to employ her And steal her from Comcast She should actually be the face of your hospitality department for the whole country”
