Phone didn't work. I put a request with the front desk, talked to the maintenance man, told the housekeeping crew. I got my bed made up once even though I stayed 5 nights. I asked for a wake call that never came. Windows were unlocked in the bedroom whenI checked in.

This hotel is a great representation of the Marriott brand. The staff is great, and has welcomed my team with open arms. The rooms are good, and the hotel plans on upgrading them to be even better.

Noteworthy details: Geneal Mgr Chester and the team are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I'm definitely returning here on my next trip.
