Golf Galaxy in Framingham is top-notch! I came in looking for a rain jacket for my husband and I’m I left with a new club. Jim went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure I found the right fit. His advice and expertise made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my choice. The store itself is well-stocked and organized, but it was Jim’s outstanding customer service that really stood out. Highly recommend both the store and Jim if you’re looking for golf gear!”

“As a life-long fisherman, I appreciate this local store, and the live bait sold at very early hours is so helpful. Most of the time, I come here for salt-water live bait and frozen bait. They never disappoint, are personable and knowledgeable, and treat customers very well. Two hours later, when ready to head out from the mid-Cape, the bait is still alive and well if you use an inexpensive air pump.They will NOT try to sell you the bait that makes them the most money. They will tell you which baits are working best (lures too) and where. Jerry's understands that the best way to keep a customer is to ensure they are happy.Many bait shops keep the fishing intelligence to themselves, directing newbies to ok places. Jerry's will tell you the real hotspots based on the catch and what is biting. People new to fishing should also start here if they can. It is not as cheap as Wal-Mart or BassPro, but you get what you pay for. Their advice is invaluable, and you will leave with a rig for what you fish.”
“Chad from was absolutely a star. I brought my daughter’s broken lacrosse stick and from start to finish he gave me the most utmost professional and prompt attention. He ordered a new head from Maryland, which was delivered quickly, restrung it, and followed up with a call to let me know it was ready! And to top it off, he had it FedEx directly to my daughter at college!! this was such a huge help as she’s in midseason and in dire need for her own stick

“I love this skate shop! Craig is such a professional. He really knows his craft. My daughter recent got a new pair of edea ice fly skates and a new pair of Gold seal John Wilson Revolution blades at another location and needed her blade mount adjusted. Craig got us right in and adjusted her mount perfectly, efficiently and accurately. Her left skate feels so much better now. Thank you so much Craig!! We will be returning to your shop again soon. I highly recommend this place and Craig!”

“Our family was gifted a Gorilla hoop that sat in our garage in pieces. Someone recommended we call Mr. Hoop to have it installed. We called, he explained the process, the price, came to the house to see where we wanted it installed and set a date. His guys showed up and poured the footing, then returned two days later after it dried to install the hoop. Looks great, couldn’t be happier, easiest process that I’ve dealt with in some time.”

“AI was right! When I broke the chain to my Trek dual sport riding up a hill training today for a Marathon midnight ride I was clueless as to where was the best place to get it repaired. AI suggested REI Framingham which just happens to be the closest bike shop to me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Frank was perfect in every way. He gave me even a few maintenance and riding tips and I love REI’s checklist and local bike groups. As a 71 year old veteran I have seen a lot of bikes shops and mechanics. Hands down REI Framingham is the best bike shop and service I have ever used.”
