“I was quoted 2k AT LEAST to replace a brake line from a supposedly reputable place. I bought my lil beat up jalopy for 2k. There was no way I could pretty much replace the whole bottom of my car. Hard enough to pay for food and rent. The only good thing this place did was recommend me to hill top auto. they fixed my car for what i needed for 200.The owners are AMAZING!!! Knowledgeable and personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Jim at Nice Car Care is an absolute angel. You couldn't find a better person or mechanic to put your trust in. Many years ago when I was a teenager with an old 1994 Ford tempo I was in an accident. My cars front body was damaged and and no one would fix it, it was totaled and because the car was so old, insurance would have only paid a couple hundred dollars and I could not replace the car with just that. Jim went to junk yards to find parts and worked tirelessly using his incredibly intuitive skills to repair the car, allowing this teen at the time, to have a car to go to work and school. It's 18 years later, I live in New Hampshire and my power steering goes, the rack needing to be replaced, while I'm here in on a put stop in Massachusetts trying to get home so I can start a brand new job, on my birthday, this Monday. I called everywhere and everybody is booking out weeks and weeks at the moment. Then I called Jim. I explained my situation to him and without any hesitation Jim said "I am busy but I really do want to help you". He is allowing me to have my car towed to him this evening so he can repair the car for me and get me home in time to get ready for my brand new job. I couldn't ask for a better birthday gift, ask for a kinder person to reach out to, ask for a better mechanic. Jim truly puts people first. His empathy and sympathy can't be matched. He is an amazing person and you couldn't ask for a more skilled or giving person to go to. If you truly want the best Nice Car Care is the place to go, hands down, no questions asked. Thank you Jim! “I've been here to have work done a few times now and it's always been a positive experience. Staff is friendly and work quickly while keeping you informed. Pricing seems to be fair and they aren't too pushy when it comes to repairs that are not an immediate safety risk either.The one thing I would like to see is more options when it comes to the parts they put in the vehicle. You're mostly paying for the labor anyway and I would gladly pay an extra $40 or whatever to upgrade to performance parts. Other than that I would gladly visit the next time I need maintenance or repairs.”

“My daughter is a student at Dean College and called me with about an issue with her car. Being from the DC area, it was difficult to find the right auto repair shop. After reading reviews, I decided to call Franklin Tire & Auto to see if they would look at the vehicle and be willing to deal with me over to phone only and for possible payment. Sean at Franklin Auto agreed and was ready to assist.To make matters more difficult, my daughter was moving out of her dorm and we only had a few days for the repair to happen. I was going to fly to the area and drive her back to DC in the car.After having to go as far as Pittsburgh to find the part, Franklin Auto was able to get my daughter's car repaired in a time for me to bring her back to DC for the summerSean was so accommodating by allowing my daughter to bring her possessions to the car while the car was on the lot awaiting repair.All in all, I am impressed and thankful that I chose Franklin Auto. Sean was so professional and respectful to my daughter in a time of "crisis" for us. It means a lot to be able to trust a stranger with the care of his daughter and vehicle. “I bought a Mustang Mach-E from Franklin Ford about a year ago. Shortly after I purchased it, it appears that someone tried to break into the side rear window with a sharp object (maybe a crowbar or something) damaging the rubber molding. I contacted Franklin Ford for assistance and they ordered the parts and then helped to coordinate the glass company to complete the repair at their repair center in Franklin. It was covered by insurance and didn't cost me very much (low deductible plus Franklin Ford let me have the parts at cost so it only cost me about $100 out of pocket). I appreciate the fact that Franklin Ford went above and beyond to assist and manage the repair. I would definitely recommend Franklin Ford to all of my local friends.”
