“Had a recent move from Florida to Massachusetts. I only had about two rooms to move so I got a 8X8 container which fit everything perfectly. Plus a little extra room. I filled a queen size bed, dresser, and a bunch on plastic bins and boxes. The drivers were very courteous and professional. The only thing was the long wait time to speak to a representative( they do give the option for them to call you back) which I did and they called back in a timely manner. The representatives were very nice and friendly. You are able to schedule your pickup and drop off times to your desired dates. And the drivers call you an hour before they arrive. The unit was clean and my belongings came unharmed. I would definitely recommend Pack Rat! They also price match and was the cheapest route to go. Thank you for making my move less stressful.”
