“The first thing that grabbed my attention was the wonderful way I was treated on the phone by the support person who was hailing from Philadelphia but could tell me all about the unit I was interested in here in Millis, Massachusetts. She even made the suggestion to pull the unit from the inventory to make sure no one got in ahead of me. I was able to rest assured that my choice was secure before going into the storage facility itself. Later that same day I proceeded to the brand new facility and was greeted by a very competent young man who processed my selection and took me right to the storage unit. It was a plus that I could access the unit with a code 24/7. I found a clean well secured and air conditioned unit to my liking. I was able to move in the same day as making the phone call. Great customer service.”

“The assistant manager did a terrific job explaining all the options.It's a little odd that their pricing doesn't give you any incentive to sign a longer term lease; it's a little too focused on deals for the next two or so months and then getting you to stay there at the higher rate, and it seems like they should want you to sign a 12 month lease.But the facility itself is spotless and conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful. These places should offer a service to build out your storage area with shelving and hooks; I know I would have bought that.”

“This place has great customer service. Due to life being unpredictable, I recently had to put most of my stuff into storage. The staff was friendly and helpful and reserved an additional unit for me when I wasn't sure what I'd already rented would be enough.The assistant manager even called the day of my move to check on me. “This is our 2nd move with Brookline Moving Co. We had such a great experience with them the first move that we called them again for our next move, seven years later. They provided the same level of care with our belongings and property and were very professional. They are easy to work with and so accommodating. “We used Olympia Moving for and in town move today and had just the best experience! The movers were so friendly and accommodating when we asked questions or made suggestions. They assembled and disassembled a complex loft bed with ease and accuracy. They moved our entire house in approximately 4ish hours - we were in awe! However their professionalism and demeanor was most impressive! Trust me - we shopped around for movers and the price was competitive and fair but definitely well spent. Use Olympia movers!!!!”

I felt horribly bombarding her but she couldn’t have been more pleasant. We went inside and she immediately helped me. Ami is very, very pleasant and willing to go out of her way to accommodate you as I needed to change the size of the unit mid month. Ami gave me a few different options and settled on what we thought wold be sufficient, she said let her know if anything changed and she would work with me. “I've been using and recommending 109 self-storage for 10+ years now. Donna is great and will get you all setup... *IF* they have the space! Everything is drive-up access basic unheated dry storage: but no stairs or in-building style storage. Drive past the "mini overflow parking" - the attendant notes you are there for storage. Then 1. after you are past the attendant, 2. you have your unique code to gate in and out (recorded), and 3. only *THEN* you get to your personally locked storage unit.”
