The workers here are incredible! They’ve helped me do everything from find missing packages to making sure everything I send gets to the destination on time & they do it all w a smile! So a big thank you to the Franklin Ma PO workers from me. 10⭐️’s also a Big Thank you to my former mail carrier he was THE BEST!

Package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago...but they don't know where it is...they keep saying it's out for delivery. So basically it lost and I need it by tomorrow morning...very disappointed.

This location closes early every day, then they refuse to take even prepaid packages
