“Stopped here on a road trip 8/4/26 and have nothing bad to say. Came in a little late and the worker at Sal’s helped us out with pizza and let us know it was half off and cut our slice so we can share. SO GOOD BY THE WAY. The bathrooms were incredibly clean with a certain ambiance to them. Plants?? What!! Also props to the breakfast section. Customer service was through the roof at the register. I didnt catch her name but she had shorter hair. 10/10 place!!”

“Great store. I just ask for prices on product. I hate not being able to shop and budget while shopping. I bargain shop so prices help. Asking how much every item is not fun.”

“Nice store especially if your in a pinch , they have almost everything, the only thing is you will pay a pretty hi price. But that's how it is. Truth is it's a great store”

“Useful for when I need to put a few gallons of gas into my car to tide me over until I next pass by Costco in Danvers. Sign up for Speedway's Speedy rewards, then use your phone number as an alternate id at the pump to get a 7 cent/gallon discount. With the 7 cent discount, it's generally the least expensive gas on the island.”

“They have Gloucester postcards! Finally! I had been looking all over. I am grateful someone still carries them. And the price was good, too. Will be back next year for more.”

“Walgreens Eastern Ave has the friendliness and most helpful staff. Always smiling and asking if you need help before you have to. I don't go to the Walgreens closer to me because their staff is rude and not helpful at all. Thank you to staff on Eastern Ave job well done.”

“My granddaughter and I were in the Main Street Gloucester Walgreens last night (8/15) at about 8:50 p.m. because she needed some pain reliever. I just wanted to note how very helpful the cashier was when we couldn't find what we were looking for. The store was obviously getting ready to close but he took the time not only to help me search on my phone for the product and then called another staff member to help since he was checking other customters out. They both were so kind and helpful it made a last minute dash to the pharmacy a really good experience.”

“This Thatcher Road location is much nicer than the Gloucester Crossing location only because wendy L was so rude to us she always is why is this person allowed to be snippy every time? we were at the self checkout which had other customers ahead of us and she did not want to ring us up at all we had to listen to her complain for the entire time why is there no yelp review available for that Gloucester Crossing location?”

“I went here a few nights ago with my son to grab a few things. I got a slurpee which was actually not just liquid unlike the other 711 locations I go to. I also got a bag of chips and an ice cream for my son. The owner was very nice although the payment machine was a bit slow. I liked how the store was set up and it was nice and clean. I definitely look forward to going again and recommend it to anyone.”

“I had a return and Emily was super helpful processing my return and helping me with my purchase. She also voided out my transaction so I could use a 40% off coupon that was expiring and save the other - that meant a lot. Emily was very pleasant, patient and kind - thank you Emily!”
