I've been banking with them for 6 years and have never had an issue, however I'm not easily irritated. I don't mind waiting if they're understaffed or busy. That's life, some people need to calm down and not think everything is dropped for them.
The tellers (Scott, Maria & Donna) are nice, but they are usually understaffed and the transactions take forever. If there's a line, you're there 10-20 minutes. Women in the offices ignore the customers instead of helping them.
Brian, Ashley & Maria of the Gloucester office were absolutely amazing and helpful during an extremely inconvenient situation I was dealing with. They went above and beyond to make things work and solve the issue immediately.
