easy to open checking online. customer service in person good calling on phone to gloucester? can't get anyone on the phone. have to call 888 number? i'm not into that why bank local if i cant call them

Never enough tellers especially at peak times. Today at noon there were 11 people in line and only TWO tellers. Two stars for only two tellers. Might need to find a new bank.
