Self serve dog wash is amazing! Wash, rinse, dry all on a raised platform so no back pain from bending over in the tub at home. And it's easier to rinse the platform clean there than to clean a tub! The water and dryer are both warm. No freezing or scalding temps. Our dog didn't mind a bath this time!

Staff is always professional and nice. Even though sometimes they're super young, they're always managed well and well behaved. It feels like a very professional customer service experience. Good job guys.
