“I recently visited the Staples store in West Springfield Mass to find a batter back up for my home computer. The sales associates were knowledgeable and very helpful. Not sure that I could have made the right selections without their help. I typically go straight to Staples for office supply needs. Not necessary to shop around.”

“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”
“The line went 'very' quickly I could not even believe it! The employee who helped me was kind and considerate, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and worked hard to find the least expensive way to get my package to my dear friend overcoming cancer. I like this UPS store especially because it's right in line with all of the other errands I do (Riverdale Road).”
“Very well-kept post office with friendly and knowledgable staff. It was my first time renewing a passport by mail and I wasn't sure what to do. The clerk not only helped me with my passport photo, but checked to make sure my documents were in order and mailed the application out for me. That kind of attentive service is hard to find these days.”

“I have been to my fair share of post offices from ALL over the greater US, and the Hadley location is by far one of the best ones I’ve been to. The staff are always helpful and courteous whenever I’ve need their service. Their selection of packages are well stocked. If you’re ever in the need for a box or padded envelope, they offer a decent selection to choose from. Kudos to the USPS team here. I appreciate you.”
“I've used this location many times and never had a problem, today I went in for a passport appointment and the woman that helped me was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was given all the info and paperwork that I needed and appointment for the very next day. This place is organized and professional.”
“I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps. The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.”

Sure, the main guy can be taciturn at times, but honestly...does he need to put on a charm offensive...I think not...The people I see whining/wingeing are likely on a computer a lot...so do you hw...I've never had a problem.”

I had the wrong return label. (It was an example what a return label looks like). Instead of jumping on the stupid move I made he was calm and explained everything.
This is why the work for the post office, they know what they are doing.
I rushed back the next day with the correct label. He put it on there with respect. Your all set!”
