Easy parking and accessible parking on a flat grade. Getting back on Rt 119 can be challenging during rush hour. Well done snow removal and surface treatments. FYI/One time, I called the Littleton office asking why wasn't anyone answering calls in the Groton office? (Please note, at that time, I mentioned this fact to someone at the Groton office, when someone finally answered.) Maybe, this was due to the post-COVID chaos that companies were experiencing?Recently, on our last few visits there, it appears that they seem to be 'righting the ship!' And, it is great to see the lobby has been restored to a more modern bank-like atmosphere, now being more inviting and far less claustrophobic.Also, at this time, we want to give a SHOUT OUT to Bethany Schlaich! “I've had good experiences at this bank. I am not a member and pay a fee to cash members checks. Watch for the entrance if your not paying attention you will miss it & pulling out is a pain.”
