“I had a problem with a bank employee not giving me my moneys when I wanted it. And it happen just as i was traveling to St Louis On business. So, a 5000.00 dollar Amex didn't get paid. But lucky enough I have been with Main Street bank for Year's. And Customer Service move moneys so Amex could be paid.
But I wanted more, So A call was made to the branch manager. The best thing I ever did.
She was able to take all my concerns, made changes in the branch. It's been a few months now.
And nothing like that has happened since.

“The word “bank” just doesn’t mean what it used to. I, for one, have had enough of the big corporate giants. So, I picked up the phone and called Millyard Bank and to my surprise, an actual person answered. One week later, I’ve opened an account, and I couldn’t be happier. Turns out, we do have a real bank right here in our community.

“People's United Bank is a first rate institution. The staff, Walter and Angel especially are wonderful people. I experienced some trouble at a few other lending institutions attempting to open an account, due in part to banking mistakes I had made in my early 20s. FYI/One time, I called the Littleton office asking why wasn't anyone answering calls in the Groton office? (Please note, at that time, I mentioned this fact to someone at the Groton office, when someone finally answered.) Maybe, this was due to the post-COVID chaos that companies were experiencing?Recently, on our last few visits there, it appears that they seem to be 'righting the ship!' And, it is great to see the lobby has been restored to a more modern bank-like atmosphere, now being more inviting and far less claustrophobic.Also, at this time, we want to give a SHOUT OUT to Bethany Schlaich! Ive never had any issues with parking, or using the ATM, as others have mentioned.
There are times when it seems like there’s a plethora of staff (almost in excess), and times when it’s the bare minimum. Regardless, at any given time Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy.
Some days the line has been 3-6 people deep, but as of late whenever Ive gone in there haven’t been many people waiting.
Ive never made an appointment to speak to anyone about my accounts, etc so I cannot comment on that.”

“My debit card was flagged for fraudulent charges early Saturday morning. Luckily, I was able to speak to representative very quickly and have the card deactivated before anything else could happen. I was able to go to the Pepperell location and receive a new debit card immediately. Robert was so kind and began helping me as soon as I walked through the door. He made me feel so comfortable and was very easy to talk to. I am including a picture of my dog because he was also happy with the wonderful customer service.”
