“I first started going to Groveland Auto when I moved to the area. My car dealership had just handed me a draft of things my car needed for about $10,000 ( when I had gone in for an oil change). I couldn’t believe it, so I got another opinion from Groveland Auto. We went through what my car needed urgently, what I should plan on needing soon and how long I planned on keeping my car. ( which the dealership never asked). Groveland Auto saved me about $7500 that day. I never looked back.Services: Tires”

“Can’t beat the price. However you have to beat the lines as often they back up quite a bit. And its mainley due to morons not knowing how to load the station. Some try to beat the line by comjng in backwards. They are complete buffoons! Good to see attendants stopping them and making them pull back out and do it right. Overall great place for low price gas. I also take advantage of the unlimited car wash deal next door. Gas and a wash every time.”

“Excellent experience! Years ago I took a work seminar called the “Art of Wow”, at the time I thought it would be a waste of my time, but since then I use this as my standard of service. You can give someone what they expect, you can do a little extra and make them happier or you can give them service above & beyond to “Wow” them… I was given the Wow experience that made my entire day..it makes me want to go back to them for all of my services and recommend my friends to go there. Nice, fair and excellent service! It was reminiscent of service back in my grandparents day.”

He took extra time to scrub all the sides. he mentioned that it was baked on due to hot august sun so he allowed me to wash the car twice which was a world of difference. “I’ve been going here for five years for the cheapest gas around, yearly inspections, and repairs. The brothers/ owners have always been so nice to me while I wait getting something done. Mason showed me what was wrong with my brakes, was upfront about the cost, it was done in one day, and wrote a note on the invoice “Labor discount for a great teacher!” Regarding the negative reviews, I have seen how rude people can be when they come inside the shop; they will treat you as you treat them.”
