Eastern Mountain Sports is a small shop compared to other outdoor shops. It offers a selection of climbing gear and socks, but its online shop has a dismal selection. They say the staff is helpful, friendly, and provides great service when picking items like roof storage boxes or kayaks. The experience is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond.
EMS has everything I could need for climbing and the employees are so kind and educated. Lydia and Dan helped me figure out what was best for me and made it a super easy process. I will definitely be back soon!
