    “We were in town for a concert and this LL Bean store was right by our hotel. We were so thrilled to be able to shop in an actual storefront rather than online. We found the items we needed, but we got so much more. Martha, Tina, and Simon helped us find our items, gave us restaurant recs, hiking recs, and wonderful advice about the area. We left feeling like we had new friends. LL Bean, you need to be proud of these employees. They went above and beyond!!”

    “I found The Closet while in the area, and had so much fun spending (a lot of!) time here prior to meeting friends for dinner nearby. Andrea is incredibly helpful in finding pieces - she has a really good eye for this! She’s honest with her feedback while feeling like a kind friend cheering you on. I found some items that I was excited about while she helped my daughter find a beautiful dress for a HS senior event. Very pleasantly surprised by the prices. Met her adorable doggo as well. Easily the best resale boutique I’ve visited. Looking forward to returning!”

    “I really like this shop. I do a lot of window browsing because it is on the pricey side, but all of the items are quality and quirky, when I have a little extra I don't mind spending it here. There are many unique gift options (especially for those in your life who love animals and have an off-beat sense of humor). Great location on Main Street, I sometimes pop in here while I am waiting for a table at Jake's. Some of my favorite pairs of silly socks and cute greeting cards have come from this shop.”

The mechanical pencil section is beyond adequate with several graphite gauges, erasers, et cetera.Love the merch! We obtained several shirts and hot beverage containers --- all way less expensive than attending school there, and much easier to get in. You simply pull the door open.”

    Primark added two states to its U.S. map in six days, then stalled in Augusta. The value retailer opened its first Minnesota store on Sept. 3 at Mall of America in Bloomington, close to 35,000 square feet stocked with Minnesota Vikings gear through the chain's NFL partnership. That store was its 46th in the country and put Primark in 15 states. Georgia came five days later.     L.L. Bean, the Maine-based retailer famous for its boots and backpacks, is opening four new U.S. stores this year and plans to expand into the Southeast and Midwest markets in 2025.
