“Went to pick up Xmas gift they had on hold as our local Sam's was out of item desired. It was not a fun trip, with flooding, heavy traffic and driving unfamiliar roads in the dark, it was a very stressful trip. We didn't explore the store, just purchased item on hold. Staff was odd kept asking if I was using a card when I had my card in hand, had to request a bag for my purchase.”
