“They are very good there and always help me out when my veterinarian is being difficult. There is one particular employee there that stands out. Her name is Kristina, she is the most friendly, cheerful and welcoming person ! She seems to remember us when we go to pharmacy, and she is very genuine so you know she really wants to help. There are so few people like her these days, most everywhere I go I seem to get rude, snippy people. She is truly an asset to the pharmacy, she's a gem.”

“I really recommend going to Duval’s Pharmacy. They were all so nice and without me even asking they dealt with my insurance to lower the price making my life so much easier.. They really support you and help you with everything you need. I’ll for sure recommend all my friends to make business with them ???”

“Have heard good things about this pharmacy for years. Finally left CVS and gave them a shot. Had my prescription ready within 5min, not 2-3 days like I’m use to. Obviously it might not always be that fast, but I also like how knowledgeable the staff members are, and there isn’t a crazy wait to get prescriptions or anything else. Highly recommend.”

“I have moved 3 times since I first went to this pharmacy.... I have NEVER thought about going anywhere else. Absolutely amazing crew. Some of the hardest working and most committed staff I have ever seen.”

“I have not been to Walmart pharmacy in a while but when I used to pick my husband medication there the staff were courteous, kind and respectful never had any problem,”

“I switched from CVS once I realized Shaw’s had an Osco pharmacy. Not only are their prices lower, but the whole team is friendly, funny, and truly cares. Ann told me about using GoodRX to refill a medication before insurance would cover it. Ted helped apply a discount so I could get a prescription that needed pre authorization without waiting on insurance. They even call to let me know when they reached out to my doctor with no response so I can follow up, something no pharmacy has ever done for me. Around the holidays, Mary puts up clever trivia at the counter that always brings a smile. I miss Marc, he was always so kind and helpful. Hope he’s enjoying retirement. Claire gave me a useful handout on filling certain pet meds. I get all my vaccines here and fill my dog’s prescriptions too. They’re the #1 Pet Prescribing Pharmacy in the area for a reason. They even added a pet photo board, just one of the many thoughtful touches that show how much they care. I recommend Osco Shaw’s to every pet parent and anyone who wants a pharmacy that actually takes care of you.”

“We have used Walgreens for over 15 years, mostly the pharmacy. They are nice and work very hard. Customer service isn’t easy. I have seen so many people be rude and have no patients for the pharmacy workers that are over worked. I am thankful for them and some people should stop for a second and put themselves into their shoes. They are human. I can’t believe how I have seen some people treat them.”

“Nice to go to a CVS. that is well stocked and does not have everything under lock and key to deter theft. A bit of a wait at the pharmacy, but no where near as bad as the CVS I was going to before! Good help in the pharmacy, friendly and easy to understand.”

“I went through the checkout around 11 am today where I was assisted by two of the most knowledgeable and helpful CVS associates. Parker and I wish I had got the other associates name, are a huge asset to the East Bridgewater CVS. Thanks again for all your help”

“It's not a bad Walgreens by any means. They're understaffed and employee turnover seems incredibly fast. I lost count of all the different faces I've seen in such a short period of time. You can't get mad at a store that isn't staffed properly.

It happens.

The pharmacy is also understaffed and therefore slow. My mother has trouble with the pharmacy, but she's not savvy with modern technology or how they do prescriptions nowadays. I've never had an issue when I was using them.

Be patient. Don't get upset and talk to them like normal humans. Everyone is trying their best.”

“The ladies at the minute clinic were amazing. They made me feel at ease and welcomed. Maribeth talked through all of my options for medications and took me over to the section to find what would work best for me. I have never had this good of an experience at a minute clinic before. Highly recommend!”

“Staff is very kind and helpful. Though the upper powers of Walgreens have them understaffed and that a problem. Some meds take time to be shipped to the store as they have another place that fills prescription and this is a problem, but has nothing to do with the staff. Upper management sucks, but store employees are great.”

“I’ve been coming to this CVS for 3 years now and love it. Over the years I’ve found it so hard dealing with pharmacies. These days it seems so hard to find patient and friendly pharmacists. But this location stands head and shoulders above the rest. The pharmacy staff are so nice and helpful. We get all our vaccines and medications here.”

“I’ve been a customer here for going on 10 years! I was shocked to see the low reviews this week when I searched CVS to call about an RX. I have had nothing but awesome interactions with this amazing staff! The pharmacy team had gone out of their way for me on multiple occasions to fill things quickly. They’ve called around to find things I need. They’ve checked in on me when I was panicking about my fertility RX not arriving in time. I can’t imagine how stressful their jobs are normally, and especially with how busy this location is. This team gets a 10/10 and I’ll still come here when we move even though there’s another pharmacy closer ???”

“I give this store a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Ihave been going to this pharmacy for 10 years. The staff is polite and helpful. My experience has been with the the cashiers and the pharmacy department. There have been a few bumps in the road of course and to be fair, I have have caused some of the bumps. that bump. As an example I have gone in to the store after a "bad" day at work or I'm mad at someone I know and I don't like something about my visit I become the grouchy rude person. In my everyday life I try to remember that everyone has a bad day once in a while. This helps me walk away and not hold an incident against someone every time I see them . My other observation is that many people have a serious face 80% of the day. This does not mean they're being crabby or being rude. Life is short and challenging at times, but I choose to ignore the small things. I also only confirm medication refills via text confirmations or I call and speak to the pharmacy staff regarding a refill.”

“It is impossible not to give the Associates and the management of the Kingston, MA store any grade but a “Ten.” The store is set up where you receive a greeting when you enter the door. If you have a need to see where an item you wish to purchase is in the store, they tell you where the item is then walk with you to the item and point it out to you. They then ask can we help in any other way and if a not, they repeat “: have a good day” and return to what they were doing. That type of customer service is an example of management encouraging the associates to always think of how we could make shopping in CVS enjoyable”
