“I went to this location at Hanover this morning. This is my first time at the location and banking with federal credit Union. Simply amazing customer service.i actually went in earlier and they still happily accommodated me. I would give them more than 5 stars ⭐️ if I could ! Mary helped me with opening the account. She walked through each step of the banking and went above and beyond to help me. While I was at the bank she even called the other location to help me with the mortgage application. “I am very happy to recommend NESB and particularly the manager, Jeanna Buckley.Several years ago, NESB was the bank that offered a specialized loan for our solar project. This was our first account. We soon got a second for a geothermal project. Both of these loans were seamless and easily done.Then several months ago, when other banks made it either difficult or impossible, NESB worked with us on a unique refinance of our mortgage (four signees). It was a great process.But the main reason for my review is that after enough frustrations from a "local" bank (DCU...not actually very local), we finally switched all our accounts to NESB (checking, savings, etc.). We now have nine accounts in our household (there are a lot of us). And I'm looking forward to opening two more for my teenage daughters.Most recently, my mother was denied by two other banks (at which she has accounts) for a medallion signature, necessary for some inheritance dealings. Jeanna and NESB came through again and helped her understand how it all works.So grateful for this local bank and can't recommend them enough.”
