“I have been going there since it was a Credit Union. And I truly appreciate that the people they have working there, haven't lost the personal relationships with customers. I still receive the professionalism amongst all the staff. And the personal treatment of a credit union. The tellers and support staff remember your name. You don't have many places to go to and have a name & not a number.My only suggestion would be to please have more branches or kiosks. Thank you H.B.”
“My experience has been really positive. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
However, I recently came into the branch to do a wire. A new hire came to facilitate my wire. This person did not speak fluent English. I couldn't understand much of what she said. This is America and our language is English. When my grandparents arrived from Poland, they learned English. That was expected. We shouldn't have to struggle to decipher what is being said. Im staying with the bank because I like the people. If non English speaking customers can ask for a translator or a different employee...why cant we also.”

Excellent Service from Larissa Dias at Bank of America
Today, I had the opportunity to visit Bank of America and was assisted by Larissa Dias, who was managing the branch’s customer service almost entirely on her own. Despite the busy environment and a significant workload, she maintained a calm and professional attitude throughout.
Although I waited about half an hour and there was a brief scheduling conflict with another client’s appointment, Larissa handled the situation exceptionally well. When the other client did not show up, she promptly welcomed me into her office, provided the services I needed, and even went above and beyond to assist me with additional matters.
At first, I thought the pressure of the situation might affect the service quality, but I quickly realized how professional and composed Larissa truly was under pressure. Her patience, efficiency, and commitment to helping customers made a strong impression. I left the branch very satisfied and appreciative of the outstanding service she provided.”
