“The place itself was great as the people working there are awesome. My issue was with the car itself. I signed on to rent a Compact car & was given a Nissan Versa and I was totally dissatisfied with it. I informed the clerk of the issues with the air-conditioning and the lack of acceleration and the feeling of driving a tin can, not feeling 100% safe. Upon further research, after my rental was returned, I learned this car is categorized as a SUB Compact and that is not what I paid for.”

She was clearly handling the entire floor solo — greeting customers, answering phones, and walking people through inventory — all at the same time, without ever seeming rattled. At one point I watched a customer on the phone raise his voice at her, and she stayed completely composed, responding with a smile and genuine reassurance that she was there to help him. That kind of grace under pressure is rare.

On top of that, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and took real time to walk me through my options without any pressure. She made what’s usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy.
