“Excellent customer service!
A huge thank you to Salif, the manager at Budget Avis Methuen. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. He made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location thanks to him!”
“Absolutely amazing service at this Avis location. As an Uber driver, I’ve rented here for 4 months, and the two guys working here, one older Black gentlemen and the other Ukrainian i think, are incredible. They take care of all rental issues, cars and trucks, keep every vehicle spotless with daily cleanings, and always go out of their way to help everyone in the area. glad I found this place. Being an Uber driver for over ten years with over 10,000 rides, this has to be the best Avis car rental place in Massachusetts or definitely one of the best for both cars and trucks. Highly recommended”

“Example of great service as a walk in customer I would recommend this place a 10. The car was clean to the level of new feeling in a car and increased the standard of what I expected as a last min customer.”
