I am always working late and I show up late with documents I need printed out for the next day and he always stays late and doesn't get mad at all which is amazing. I am a one woman show and need all the help I can get. Knowing Roman is so kind and understanding makes my job so much easier. I highly recommend his store 100%.”
“Amazing service. The person helping me went above and beyond to figure out how to get a package overseas and personally individually packed a set of crystal glassware. He was so gracious about then having to do a recall because the recipient wouldn’t accept it due to tariffs/taxes. So much time put in for me. He was just so kind about a sad and expensive situation. .”

As I was struggling to carry two large boxes into the store, he noticed right away and came outside to help me bring them in, without me even having to ask. He was kind, efficient, and handled my return quickly, making the whole process so much easier. It's rare to come across that level of attentiveness and customer service. Thank you so much!”
“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”

“A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.”
“Went to postal center to return a chair. The box was destroyed and Neil helped me get a new box, wrap and prepare my chair for return. Fantastic service that is not really found anymore. Thanks again Neil.

“I had a great experience shipping a package to Ukraine for the first time at this Meest location. The website linked in the Google map description had helpful info on phone number to call to make an appointment. I recommend that if it’s your first time. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and patient, and guided me through the process of registering online and filling out the customs form. We are hopeful the package arrives fine, and if it does we definitely will be using them again! The ship time via air was estimated 10-14 days and I found the pricing reasonable.It’s a little hard to find if you haven’t been there before, as the entrance is around the back of the shopping plaza and there was no signage on the street level. But if you go in the plaza, there is a sign for 45 R that points to the driveway around back, there’s a Ukrainian flag outside the door ☺️”

“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”

“I was calling around looking for a notary. The person I spoke to at this location let me know that fedex doesn’t have on-site notaries but they do have an online service. It took minutes and was painless! Thank you!”
“Wish I could give 10 stars to the Roslindale Post office. I was putting together a retirement for my boss that was due at noon. I was waiting on 3 more envelopes that my colleagues had put in the mail the week before that I anticipated were most likely in the carriers bag out for delivery. At 10:30am I called the PO and April answered the phone. I offered to meet the carrier wherever he was to grab the envelope since my afternoon mail delivery would mean I could not finish putting the gift together. April went above and beyond and found the carrier and within 30 minutes the two envelopes were dropped in my box and she called to confirm they had been received. In 93° weather, I tried to run out to give the carrier a cold Gatorade, but he was already gone before I could get there. Both April and the mail carrier went out of their way to save the day so that we could complete the gift for my boss. A+++++++”
“Wow! I am visiting my sister here and just mailed out 3 posts. Vin the clerk pick up a mistake on a zipcode I have been using from Thailand for a year. He check the zipcode I had 3 times and mine was wrong. Great service and no wait. Easy peasy in and out. Thank you Vin!”
“Went there for passport photos. The associate was friendly knowledgeable and took a few pictures so we could pick the one we liked the best. I had my 2 year old take his picture as well and it was painless. He wanted to take more pictures. The associate also made sure our pictures would be accepted. I would def recommend going here for passport photos. In this day and age when customer service is lacking it’s good to see a store keeping their standards up.”
“I had a pretty big issue with my copy and print order and I felt that Shawn (or Sean, I am unsure of the associate manager's name spelling) did an exceptional job at remedying it for me. I did walk out with what I ordered. I felt he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I will always come back to Staples for copy and print!”

“I like this Staples location.It's convenient and has more than you might realize.It's a UPS drop off spot so I have been using that to return Amazon packages lately.They recently set up a 2 aisle kids area with educational games and some crafts. Much less crowded place to grab a kid gift than a toy store.The copy center is great if you can speak to a staffer in the store.I've had some issues of online print shop orders not getting to the store correctly.Got my new years postcards printed through Staples with no problems.Love the clearance shelves.The office supplies are a little higher priced than our online overlord that starts with an A but it's convenient to see what you need to look at sizing and to take it home that day.Didn't think I would be reviewing a Staples but they're great.”
