“SmartFix is excellent and professional! Our son's tablet is almost 3 years old. The screen cracked. We were concerned it could not be fixed. SmartFix fixed it in two days, for a much less expensive price than a new tablet. We hope the need will not arise again, but if it does, we're happy to know a reasonable, reliable place for repair.”

“Fantastic service! My friend recently got a new phone because his old phone was not turning on. So we were having trouble getting into his Google account on the new one. So we took his old one here and a friendly employee immediately got to work helping us and taking apart the old phone. Replaced the power button to no avail but came to the conclusion it was the motherboard and would need further repairs if we so inclined. She didn't want to charge us but I gave her a tip anyway! You are in good hands if you go here!”

“Xpert Wireless is the kind of local business that is great to have in the Worcester community. They have years of wireless experience, and it shows in the way they work with their Customers. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and focused on helping people find the right solution for what they actually need. Whether it is repairing a phone, purchasing a device or accessories, getting a refill, or activating Ultra Mobile service, there is a lot they can help with under one roof. “It's Walmart. Why are people coming in here with outrageous expectations. CHILL, people. I was here and the workers did their job, even on a busy/crazy day. They deserve to be respected too. I like Walmart and appreciate their prices. It's the CUSTOMERS who make the experience crappy by making messes for the employees, opening merchandise (!?!), etc. Here's a good rating to help!”
