From the initial phone call to today, Eric, the General Manager, has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I rented 3 units and he unsolicited did the market research to provide me the most competitive rental price along with explaining my options. Eric is a roll up his sleeves kind of guy I was not expecting in this industry. I appreciate the professionalism of this independent business along with the cleanliness of the units and overall property. While I believe the business is a very good one, Eric makes it standout given the effort he puts in to make the customers happy.”

“I had a great experience at 10x - their facilities are top notch, and they run an honest business.The facility I used (Pullman Street in Worcester) was staffed regularly, always spotlessly clean, climate controlled, and the staff was always responsive with questions.Previously, I was at a competitor. I had a small 5x10 unit, outdoor access, not climate controlled, and part-time attendant. I went there because it was close, and they had a "first month free" offer. I never actually got that free month, and they raised my rates twice in a six month period by a large amount. At first, it was $85/month, then two months in it was raised to $133/mo; then I got a notice in November that it would be raised to $180/mo right before Christmas. I decided it was time to move out and find some place better.I got a unit at 10x Self Storage on Pullman Street. The unit was 10x10 (actually a little bigger), indoor, and climate controlled. At $175/mo, it was a tad cheaper than my previous unit with waymore benefits. They offered 50% off for the first three months, and actually stuck by the offer (unlike the previous place that never gave me the promised free month). I used the 10x10 for a year, then downsized to a smaller 5x5 unit at $59/mo before moving out (I no longer needed extra storage).I really appreciate a company that doesn't bait-and-switch, and that doesn't get you into a unit only to jack your rates up. I found 10x to be an honest business, top quality, and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them, and would also use their facilities again.”

“No big issues here. Desk agent was professional. The truck was a bit dirty inside but i took pictures and added it to notes they didn't charge me for it. The Silverado Chevy i rented with the 8ft bed for perfect for my needs and relatively easy to drive and connect my music to. Backup camera definitely helped”
