“I recently experienced a total loss of my vehicle and needed a rental for at least a couple of weeks My insurace set up the reservation with this location so all I had to do was go and pick out a vehicle , show license etc. All the guys that i encountered were so polite, professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. Taeron, Casey and Chris were awesome.
The car was emaculate and a comparable vehicle to the one I lost. I will definately use this location for any future rentals.”
“good experience. I had no car and they picked me up at home to get the car. the windshield was not clean and I had to wash it myself. But they made up for it by taking a day off the price for that reason and also I gave it back with a full tank - more than I had to give back. the staff are good to deal with”
“Smooth, fast, last minute, friendly. How it should always be. Enterprise let's my spouse drive and in general, has never let me down. Even when there was a problem, which if you tent a lot, is going to happen, they've been great. Not the cheapest, but the best so far by a lot. Keep it up!”

“Was just fine. Corolla I rented was cleaned and prepped as I waited, but I had reserved the night before at 10:00 PM.
Clearly some angry travelers had some bad experiences or made some bad decisions and blamed the staff. But, mine was fine. I was expecting the worst with a 3.4 rating but would rent from here again.
It’s a small staff 2 people only here though, so I think if you order a rental after hours or get long line when checking in or out it is literally because there are only 2 employees and they have no facilities.”
“I know others have had terrible experiences here, but mine was great so thought it was worth giving the review.
I rented a “Kia Soul or similar” for 3 days while family was in town and we only had 1 car. Upon arrival to the store the staff greeted me and were friendly. He stopped what he was doing to help me get my car and get out of there. I had my newborn with me so I appreciated the urgency. He was on the phone with someone from corporate, but got me checked in and out the door in just a few minutes. He also offered me a free an upgrade and it ended up being a Volvo CX90 - nicest car I’ve ever driven. He warned me it had not been vacuumed, but I told him I didn’t mind. It did need a cleaning, but was not gross and I was grateful for the upgrade anyway.
Returning was super easy too and that staff member was friendly and welcoming as well.
I’d rent here again if needed.”

very helpful, welcoming, and answered all my questions with a smile. This is my second time renting here, and both visits have been quick and smooth.
During my last rental, I had an issue with the car, and Sabine the manager handled it right away and even showed me how to use the newer features.
