I made a purchase and they left me this when I realized I was at home and I had to go to the manager to explain the mistake that a girl made in the store and the only thing that made me laugh in my face, That blonde-haired girl being a manager didn't solve my problem

Employees give you looks, side eyes, no greeting upon stepping up to the cashier to pay, just complete silence, the girls all hate their job there. Why even work there. A very unpleasant atmosphere to be shopping in.

This coat was purchased 3 days ago and there's a hole from loose threading and the trim on the cuff has come off. This was a 70 dollar coat!!!! Thankfully I got it on sale but the nerve to sell 5 dollar coats with a fancy name on it it's a shame on them. We are local shoppers this is our mall dont play people.
