We went to Marcotte Ford and had my front drivers window (wouldn't go up) issue repaired and fixed within 2 days. Sarat Ford had previously told me they were way over booked and gave me an appointment 2 months out to October. Marcotte Ford took us in the following day and honored our service contract also.
