“I've been with Freedom a couple of years and they're always pleasant to deal with. Not a huge fan of the phone customer service who were not helpful during a series of unfortunate transactions resulting in over $100 in fees. I did go to the Northampton branch in person instead where the manager overheard me speaking with a teller to try and sort it out. She immediately waived all of the fees for me and I left very happy as I was not expecting that positive of an outcome! The people in the branch are friendly, flexible and helpful. Will definitely be back.”

After that , its been nothing but banking bliss :Great loan interest rates, people going out of their way to help me in frustrating situations, always a smile and updates on things that I should know about that will help me. I love this place and anyone who has a bad word to say : I dont doubt that your experience happened. But what I will say is that if in fact it was Freedom's fault.......let us all know your secret on how youve lived your life totally mistake free. “I recently refinanced my mortgage with ARRHA Credit Union. I worked with Michael Kelly and the process could not have been easier and stress free. During this trying time, Michael was amazing to work with and he even combined my home equity loan into the refi and the rate was amazing. I am saving a ton of money and my new mortgage is also 20 years as opposed to 30 years. I recommend Michael and this credit union to anyone looking for banking, a loan, whatever. You will be extremely happy you did!”
“They have been magnificent in the past. It was possible for me to be overseas, for example, and call them through Skype, and have them pay down a Visa bill from a recent payroll deposit. But they don't do that any more, and the e-banking is nowhere near as effective, and probably not as secure. If I miss a Visa bill, they sock me with a huge fee- and I can't just pay it off over the phone. So I have to drive there for any significant business. I don't go to banks at all, their service went South years ago- I guess they are picking up this habit, in the executive suite. Staff are generally cordial and efficient, though, unlike in banks.”
