They genuinely saved my entire move. I had a reservation at another U-Haul location fall through, but the folks here at Holyoke helped me find a replacement trailer to help me keep my schedule. They even stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of on the same day

Shawn was very helpful, and marked with stickers any pre existing damages to the truck. The ordered items were preloaded in the truck for quick checkout.
