About U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chicopee Memorial Drive
U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chicopee Memorial Drive offers truck rentals, trailers, and moving solutions. Experiences vary significantly among customers. Some report an amazing experience with awesome, efficient, and very nice staff, describing the service as great, quick, and easy with a very clean and organized location. These customers recommend the place and plan to return. However, other reviews describe serious frustrations. Some found the location understaffed, leading to long waits where more people left the line than got help. The contactless check-in process is cited as frustrating, with unexpected documentation requirements causing delays and lost rental time. In one instance, a trailer with a known flat tire was rented out, requiring a customer to insist on a swap. Another customer experienced a scheduling mishap from the corporate phone center but noted the local manager was incredibly understanding and went out of their way to find a workable solution.
Staff here are awesome! The trailer I reserved had a bad light and they were super helpful trying to replace it and ultimately helping find an alternative location for me to head to. That other location was difficult about honoring the reservation and Chicopee U-haul took care of me calling to get the price fixed.

Absolutely love U-Haul only issue we had was the taillight to the trailer fell out no damage just had to tape it in place.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making the pickup process easy. The truck was clean and ready to go, but I did have a bit of trouble with the return process, which could have been more organized. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
