On 8/6/24 I had an extremely pleasant experience at this location upgrading my router. The clerk who helped, named May, was extremely courteous, helpful, and all around a joy to chat with. She deserves a raise. I have nothing but nice things to say.

I went down to Holyoke Comcast store to return a Comcast box . I was send over to Tyler to help me it was an awesome experience. He took care of me in a timely manner and explained every thing. Was very pleased about the whole experience.Thanks Tyler!!!
