“This is the second tiktok viral boutique i have shopped from. This will be my last and only favorite! Not only did my package get to me within days (which is the best since i am impatient af!) but the padded bralettes and lovervet jeans are my new go to permanently!! I am in LOVE. although the judy blues i received didnt fit , were too small :( the lovervet is better than judy blue baby!!! I am so placing another order this week. Service is top notch. I lost my chai ln of thought and was ready to leave until their rep Jon, made me feel welcome.I didn’t know what my size was at first. Jon, helped me find my right size and fit. “Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period. Check out Rose's Corner and Spallone & Son Men's clothing. You won't regret it.”
“This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”
“Did an Inventory audit for my side gig job at this store on 8/12. I wish the kids department was a little bigger but the store is clean, well organized and the staff are great. If you're looking for shoes, especially for kids, this is where it's at.”
