“This boutique is beautiful, unique, and has some very elegant and beautiful pieces of clothing. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. I bought one of my all time favorite pieces of clothing there a few years ago and it has held up very well after many wears. Would highly reccomend shopping at this beautiful store in downtown Hopkinton.”

“We visited the LLBean Hudson store on 16th November to buy Bean Boots for me and my wife, and JT was incredibly helpful. This was our first time buying Bean Boots, and he took the time to make sure we got the perfect size and felt comfortable. He was very professional, patient, and went above and beyond. We also picked up a few other items during our visit.
We’ve been to this store a few times and always had good experiences. However, this time the checkout counter didn’t feel very welcoming — the cashier seemed a bit distant, and the warm smile or connection was missing. It may have just been our feeling, but it stood out.
Overall, JT made our visit great, and I would give him a full 5/5 for his excellent service.”

“Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period. Check out Rose's Corner and Spallone & Son Men's clothing. You won't regret it.”
“Adair was outstanding and a true professional in every way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what I must do to make the refrigerator safe for the repair.
The part came as promised and gratefully he was also the tech who got the return call.
He accomplished the repair quickly, (thermostat) explaining as he went along and further, detected a second issue with the heater coil. He explained my options and what signs I should watch for which would necessitate a second repair.
I cannot compliment him enough on his friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency.
He is an excellent representative of the company.

“I think I've been here enough times to leave a review. It was fun today. I did notice there's always different associates, and for some reason Everytime I find something I like they don't have the right fit for me but that could just be my luck. Maybe if I had been hired here when I applied I would understand the stock and restocks of brand deals or whatever. Everytime I picked something up I found it funny that I could always refer it to a perfect gift for someone or even myself. I do like their stuff. It does take a while to get here around the holidays and for whatever reason every time I am here it rains. Lol this review is getting kind of long but I do think this business is deserving of one and id hate to see this place go compared to Burlington coat factory I think this place was less crowded and I forgot there was a dollar tree next to here too in case you need wrapping paper or other super cool nicnacks or finishing touches for gift ideas. The one thing I finally realized I needed help with was this nice jacket I found without a price tag, it was Nike. And I realized I searched up and down for the same one with a tag so it could be priced at the register. And I'm wondering what they will charge me, so they give me two other Nike selections for prices, they said technically the discount would be for the woman's quality item then the men's although none of the three items were the same.. but it was the same brand which I thought they didn't have anymore in store so another pair of eyes was great. I walked out the store to debate my choices and finally just went ahead and concluded my shopping trip. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks I like their stuff...”

“Nice, clean functioning laundry mat. I was going to the one at Washington st, but most of machines are usually not working, and the ones that do don’t wash properly. It’s nice to find a laundry mat with two giant loads machines. Will keep coming to this one.”

“Great Experience, purchased three items with the assistance of an amazing over the top employee. She helped me find good clothes and sizes that suit me well, and was overall very friendly and considerate. The clothes i purchased were top tier material, no complaints whatsoever. I was happy with my purchases and signed up for rewards when prompted, and saved a good deal of money. I will say it is a little pricy depending on the purchase and your income but overall a great in-store experience. Amazing customer service by this young lady who was beyond patient and nice with assisting me. Niviahna was her name. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for modern clothing that isn’t too expensive but exceptionally worth the price.”

“It's very well stocked for the upcoming holiday season. But I was shocked to see how limited it was outside this current season when I first visited in June. Currently, in November, it is very well stocked. It has always been clean, so that was a big positive.”
