“I worked with the designer, Sharon Aaronson, to create a large entertainment center for a wall in my living room. Sharon is great to work with and within 2 days came up with several creative and elegant designs. I chose her very first creation. Less than two months later, today, Rachel arrived at my door for the installation. Wow. This woman is amazing. She worked non-stop for hours. She was quiet, courteous, fast, and most importantly a skilled caftsman. The only time she was not hard at work is when she took a 10 minute break to eat something. Great work ethic. When done, hours later, she cleaned down the entire unit, vacuumed and cleaned the surrounding floor, and explained everything I needed to know, like how to use the dimmer switch for the lighting. I was blessed to have been assigned these two exemplary employees of California Closets. Five stars for each of them and five stars for California Closets with whom I have worked over the past few years on two separate occasions. I highly recommend this company and their employees.....top of the line.Service: Living room design”

I was greeted instantly by Tyler who was extremely helpful and had a lot of patience with me going back and forth to different mattresses. 2 hours later, I finally chose a mattress right for me along with a pillow. They greeted and welcomed me after I came in and gave me the lay of the land and let me just wander. I ended up buying a modular sectional inspired by one on the floor they had. “When my husband and I began researching new couches, we quickly determined the Lovesac would be a great option for us. We live in an apartment and are hoping to move within a few years, so we didn't want to invest in a couch that might not fit our new space. We love that the Lovesac can grow into whatever space we land in next, and that we can change out the covers easily, too.
We went to the Natick store to test the different fills and fabrics in person. I can not say enough kind things about Peter, Mimi and Anthony, who ALL went above and beyond to help make sure we were choosing the right options for us. I asked them a million questions, and between the three of them, they all had answers that made me feel confident in our decision.
Peter also went out of his way to ensure we got the best price possible for our couch, ensuring we took advantage of every sale and coupon currently available. After we placed the order, we had a few hiccups with delivery (at no fault of Lovesac -- all on FedEx). My husband must have spoken to Peter once a day for 2 weeks in a row. Every time he was calm, helpful and responsive. Having a main contact at the store made this process SO much easier, and has helped us to enjoy our purchase even more.
Good customer service and companies that have REAL PEOPLE helping you every step of the way are so difficult to find these days. The team at the Natick Lovesac store has truly gone above the call to help with every question and minor snag in the process.
Also, our new sofa is so comfy that our friends come over to nap on it. So yeah, we're extremely happy with our purchase and the people who helped us make it.”

“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”
“Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

John was super friendly, let me (a single individual) try out chairs in the showroom (with a call to set up an appointment), and used his extensive knowledge of ergonomics and chairs to suggest which chair would be best. I ended up with a Herman Miller chair for $250, which is a phenomenal value, the best value in used office supply places around. Highly recommend you seek John for your office supply needs, whether an individual or business. Note that he only takes cash, check, or PayPal - no credit cards!”
“After looking for a mattress for over six months, I finally purchased my mattress from The Boston Company. I have a joint condition and the salespeople were helpful with good suggestions. I went several times and they let me try each mattress for as long as I wanted. The cost was less than I expected, as well. The mattress is very heavy so I was concerned about the delivery, but the delivery people were great and had the mattress upstairs in no time.”
