I came in begging for help. From Canada and no US cell phone and no way to tell my son where I was. The staff immediately emailed my son and then set me up with international service and new 5G phone. I wa thrilled to have someone willing to educate this 91 year old lady and make my life simple again.

Very positive experience the worker was busy as hell didn’t even get to eat her lunch but kept it pushin helped me and 3 other folks she showed real dedication gotta give it to her and was a pleasure Verizon better do right by her cuz she a good worker
