“They are always helpful, they always fix my phone when AI is done somthing that I gmhave no clue on how to fix. They got the pop up to go away that had no x to exit out of but now every video I have recorded is now not opening, ughhh I gotta go back, everything was fine till they automatically do updates and stuff dosen't work anymore. I miss when updates actually asked if you wanted them or not, now its just to eat up data so you have to buy a new phone ughhh.”

“ANDRE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My phone wouldn't start up and I was in Western Mass and I didn't have GPS or any way to access the internet or communicate with anybody (it's amazing how much we rely on our phones these days!) I didn't even have any way to find a Metro PCS in Western Massachusetts. So I traveled home and went to my local MetroPCS in Ashland and Andre was very friendly and professional and got my phone working within minutes! I am now in the land of the living! Thanks Andre you got me on the road again and back in civilization!”

Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . “I just switched from T-Mobile to the BOOST Mobile Store in Marlborough. Luis was very helpful in doing my transfer. I was having difficulty as T-Mobile stopped sending me my bill & wanted me to pay over the phone. When I joined initially they told me they accepted personal checks but recently said they were stopping & refused to send me my tangible bill. I told them my identity had been stolen that way before & I wouldn’t do it & they said they “understood” but insisted I had to pay by phone anyway! Well, no I don’t!
Now I can go into the BOOST store each month & pay less than half of what T-Mobile charged me at my convenience. Thank you Luis!”
